The old YOU TRIED THE REST NOW TRY THE BEST motto springs to mind here. Im an ex tv-engineer who had my own business in the CRT days until the supermarkets came along started selling electronic goods and put us all out of business. I have since gone onto Computers and the I.T side of things.
I had a 42" plasma to repair with multiple faults on various boards. A needle in a haystack fault finding nightmare tbh. I had ordered components/boards from various sellers/companies all over the UK. Getting sent either faulty boards or cheap equivilent parts making no progress at all on the repair.
I was then in touch with Sivill Service thru ebay enquiring about parts. He called me back asking me specifics about the tv, the faults, voltage readings etc.I gave him the info he asked for. He then TOLD me what the problem was and that he would send me the parts to sort it no problem. He sent me the parts on a NO FIX NO PAY curteous suggestion. I paid for the postage.
Even called me to advise me the parts been sent out. The parts turned up within 2 days and i stay in the western isles far north of scotland so that was very quick.
I fitted the parts and tv was fixed. This companys service and knowledge is 200%. It isnt always pheasable to replace a tv for people in this economic climate so that old statement oh just get another one is easier said than done.
I am in no way related to anybody in the company. Nor did i know anybody previously in the company or to do with the company. I just got lucky so am giving them the deservedly good review they deserve. THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I recently used Sivill service to buy a re-conditioned laptop after my desktop computer stopped working.They had a laptop which was perfect for my needs at a reasonable price, and the customer service was outstanding.I dealt with Kelly and Jamie,and both of them are very friendly,helpfull and honest. I will no longer have to set foot into one of the large computer chain stores again, as I will be using Sivill service from now on.It's a great little shop that gives honest advice and a stress free experience. I sent a request via email to the shop to see if they could help :-) I've never in my life felt so good about a purchase the staff /owners answered my emails promptly and couldn't do enough to help me in my search for a PCB for my lg TV they had one in stock and it was packaged and posted the next working day i received it this morning and it works as it should .....the reason I wrote this review is to say even though they never received payment before it was sent just shows they are trusting kind hearted folks well done all involved thank you and your payment will follow shortly thank you and good luck to you and your business prospering in the future kind regards neil

This little shop in the middle of Tattershall actually had the Kindle USB lead I needed, saving me an expensive journey into Lincoln. Friendly service and a remarkably large stock of leads and chargers. Oh, yes; they sell and repair TVs and other equipment, too! Martin
